Efficient warehousing and storage solution with three tiers of powder-coated steel wheels that can be adjusted without tools. Each roller top contains 8 roller profiles and 3 guide plates. The FiFo (First in First out) supply rack ensures that the oldest components are removed first and that the material stock can be kept at a good level. Ensures needed parts are readily available and no time is wasted locating or picking items, helping to support the LEAN process. The roller tops can be adjusted without tools. Problem-free expansion with side and rear add-on modules possible. The expansion with add-on modules is unlimited - the basic shelf does not have to be adapted. Easily adaptable to different container and item sizes during operation. Only an Allen key is required for assembly. The supplied magnetic spirit level helps to compensate for uneven floors. Max. load capacity 700 kg. ESD version.
The FiFO shelf can be retrofitted with a roller set. Max load with wheels: 300 kg.
Suitability of bins: 24 pcs Treston stacking bins 1940 or similar. Each roller top includes 8 pcs roller profiles and 3 pcs guide plates. Many other bin size options are suitable by adding or removing roller profiles and guide plates.
