Elbest Kaubandus OÜ collects following data from website users (by completing an order from webshop): company name, contact person's name and surname, company's billing address, delivery address, phone number, e-mail address, information of purchased products.
Optionally we will collect name and email address when customer signs for electronic newsletter.
The legal basis for such processing of personal data is processing of personal data for performing of a contract concluded with the participation of the data subject or taking measures prior to the conclusion of the contract according to the data subject’s application (GDPR Art 6(1)(b)).
Upon visiting our webshop at www.elbest.ee, non-personalised technical data will be collected.
Technical data is limited to the user's IP address, web browser information and operating system, date and location. IP addresses are not connected to the user's personal data.
Webshop is equipped with automated tool Google Analytics by Google Ireland Limited. The target is to collect website stastistics.
Cookies are collected to improve the quality of the provided services. We use session cookies, permanent cookies and third-party cookies (Google Analytics, Facebook) to identify new and returning users, to save user preferences (language, display resolution, font size, etc), to save cookie preferences.
Non-personalised technical data collected on the website are stored without term. Personal and customer data are stored as long as it is necessary.
Delivery address and customer data will be shared with delivery partners to provide delivery services.
